Ordering and paymentঅর্ডার আর পেমেন্ট
- Pick a design and send us your order on WhatsApp. Our order form puts the message together for you.ডিজাইন বেছে নিন, তারপর হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে অর্ডার পাঠান। মেসেজটা আমাদের অর্ডার ফর্মই সাজিয়ে দেয়।
- Pay an advance by bKash to book your slot: ৳500 for a wedding, ৳300 for a birthday or anniversary, and ৳300 for a custom design.স্লট বুক করতে বিকাশে অ্যাডভান্স দিন: বিয়েতে ৳৫০০, বার্থডে বা অ্যানিভার্সারিতে ৳৩০০, আর কাস্টম ডিজাইনে ৳৩০০।
- We send you a private preview. You pay the balance by bKash only after you have seen it.আমরা আপনাকে একটা প্রাইভেট প্রিভিউ পাঠাবো। সেটা দেখার পরেই বিকাশে বাকি টাকা দেবেন।
- Prices are the ones shown on our home page when you order.দাম হবে অর্ডারের সময় আমাদের হোম পেজে যা দেখানো আছে, সেটাই।

You own your content: your photos, names, words and details. You let us use them only to make your page and keep it online.আপনার কনটেন্ট আপনারই — ছবি, নাম, লেখা আর সব ডিটেইলস। শুধু আপনার পেজ বানানো আর অনলাইনে রাখার জন্য এগুলো ব্যবহারের অনুমতি আপনি আমাদের দিচ্ছেন।
Utshobi owns the designs, templates, illustrations and code behind every page. You get a personal licence to share your link with anyone you like: family, friends and guests, on any app. You may not copy, resell or reuse the design itself.প্রতিটি পেজের পেছনের ডিজাইন, টেমপ্লেট, ইলাস্ট্রেশন আর কোড উৎসবীর। আপনি পাচ্ছেন একটা পার্সোনাল লাইসেন্স — নিজের লিংক যার সাথে খুশি শেয়ার করতে পারবেন: পরিবার, বন্ধু, মেহমান, যেকোনো অ্যাপে। তবে ডিজাইনটা কপি করা, বিক্রি করা বা অন্য কাজে লাগানো যাবে না।

What you can put on your pageপেজে কী রাখা যাবে
Please don't send us anything that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else's rights, for example a photo you don't have permission to use.বেআইনি, ঘৃণা ছড়ায় এমন, অশ্লীল, বা অন্যের অধিকার ভাঙে এমন কিছু পাঠাবেন না — যেমন এমন কোনো ছবি, যেটা ব্যবহারের অনুমতি আপনার নেই।
By sending us photos and names, you confirm that you have the right to use them on your page.ছবি আর নাম পাঠানো মানে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে এগুলো পেজে ব্যবহারের অধিকার আপনার আছে।
We may decline to make, or take down, a page that breaks these rules.এই নিয়ম ভাঙলে সেই পেজ না বানানোর বা সরিয়ে নেওয়ার অধিকার আমাদের আছে।
Revisions, delivery and your linkরিভিশন, ডেলিভারি আর লিংক
- Two rounds of revisions are included in your price.দামের মধ্যেই থাকছে ২ রাউন্ড রিভিশন।
- Your preview is ready within 48 hours after we receive all your details and photos. If we're late by our own fault, our Refund policy explains what you get back.সব ডিটেইলস আর ছবি হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রিভিউ রেডি। আমাদের কারণে দেরি হলে কী ফেরত পাবেন, তা আছে রিফান্ড পলিসিতে।
- Your link stays live for 6 months after your event. After that, the page is taken offline and removed.অনুষ্ঠানের পর আরও ৬ মাস লিংক চালু থাকে। এরপর পেজটা অফলাইন করে মুছে ফেলা হয়।
Our liabilityআমাদের দায়
We work hard to keep your page running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is". Your page also relies on things outside our control, like internet connections, WhatsApp and Google Maps.আপনার পেজ ঠিকঠাক চালু রাখতে আমরা সবসময় চেষ্টা করি, তবে সার্ভিসটা দেওয়া হয় "যেমন আছে" সেভাবেই। পেজটা এমন কিছু জিনিসের ওপরও নির্ভর করে যা আমাদের হাতে নেই, যেমন ইন্টারনেট, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা গুগল ম্যাপস।
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as costs that follow from a guest missing a message or an event. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for your order.পরোক্ষ কোনো ক্ষতির দায় আমরা নিই না — যেমন কোনো মেহমান মেসেজ বা অনুষ্ঠান মিস করায় যে খরচ হয়। আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য আপনি আমাদের যত টাকা দিয়েছেন, আমাদের মোট দায় তার বেশি হবে না।

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
